Doula Care Package - $1200

• 2 prenatal visits approximately 1 hour each
• Prenatal text and phone support
• Labor support (text and phone in early labor, in-person support during active labor, delivery, and 1-2 hours postpartum)
• 1 postpartum visit approximately 1 hour

What do we do at a prenatal visit?

Prenatal visits are used to build connection with each other, and for me to learn about your desires during labor and birth. We will go over your birth preferences, learn positions to get your body ready for labor, practice comfort measures, and discuss any concerns or questions you may have. I am here to support you in your choices, and I can help provide evidence-based research on all things pregnancy and birth-related.

What does labor support look like?

I am available for unlimited texting or emailing from the time you book support, to well into postpartum. When labor starts, we will work together to decide when you are ready for me to join you at home or at your birthing location. I will be with you continuously until you are settled in with your newborn baby in your arms after birth! I will provide support throughout your journey in whatever way you need, including physical and emotional support, as well as helping you work through options and choices presented during your labor and delivery.

What does a postpartum visit look like?

I will come to your home during the first week postpartum. During this visit, we will go over your birth story, and I will have notes to give you from your labor and delivery. I can help with breastfeeding support and newborn care, and we will go over how you are doing emotionally and mentally. I have many resources for referrals if needed. Postpartum can be a very vulnerable and delicate time, so my desire is to help you transition with as much support as possible.
